Details:

On behalf of our client in Liechtenstein, a leader in construction industry, we are looking for a Global Process Manager / Innovation Processes.

Duties/responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, standardize, design and implement global initiatives to support the R&D and Service communities
  • Continuously improve related processes and enable business success
  • Lead the Implementation of global PPM projects
  • Give training on existing tools and methods 

Candidate profile:

  • Solid product development and/or service development experience
  • Proven track record in process Improvement, Change Management experience, and lean management background preferred
  • Good knowledge in project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (verbally and written) additional languages are a plus
