On behalf of our client, an international engineering and consultancy services company, we are looking for a Civil Engineer to join their team in Kavala, Greece.
The role involves technical design, analysis, and consultancy across civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with involvement in project development, coordination, and delivery.
What you will do
- Provide technical support and develop civil engineering solutions for clients and internal teams
- Perform calculations, analysis, modelling, and detailed design in areas such as drainage, earthworks, utilities, transport, highways, and site infrastructure
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, specifications, and other project deliverables
- Apply relevant technical standards, regulations, and legislation to project work
- Manage assigned engineering tasks and support the delivery of smaller projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and technical solutions
- Participate in technical reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Contribute to QHSEW activities, safe engineering practices, and continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with industry developments, digital engineering tools, and sustainable design practices
What we are looking for
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in civil engineering and/or engineering consultancy
- Good knowledge of relevant technical regulations, standards, and best practices
- Experience or interest in areas such as drainage, earthworks, utilities, transport, infrastructure, or site development
- Good knowledge of engineering/design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or GIS tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with preparing technical reports and project documentation
- Professional registration with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Greek
