On behalf of our international client, a well-established company with over 25 years of experience in the technical field and 300 employees worldwide (70 of them based in Greece), we are seeking an HR Business Partner to join their Greek branch, based in Thessaloniki.
This role offers a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days from home). Thanks to this flexibility, the position is also open to candidates residing outside Thessaloniki, who can commute to the office twice a week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the entire employee life cycle
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Handling administrative processes, including:
- Drafting employment contracts
- Maintaining employee data for ERGANI
- Aligning information with the tax office
- Preparing and reviewing payroll data
- Collaborating closely with the Finance Team on accounting-related details
- Monitoring national labor legislation and developing compliant HR practices
- Maintaining and tracking vacation entitlements
- Supporting HR development initiatives
- Coordinating internal training programs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Fluency in Greek and English (C2 level); German knowledge is a strong plus
- Working in a structured and organized manner
- Adopting a service-oriented approach
- Handling confidential matters with discretion and integrity
- Being a reliable and trustworthy professional
