On behalf of our client, a reliable producer of medical technology products for more than 35 years with a dominant position in the Greek market, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their Pharmaceutical Production Facilities in Larissa.
Job Description:
- Repair and maintain technical equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Help customers resolve technical problems promptly
- Collaborate with team members for effective problem solving and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Stay updated with technology advancements and industry trends
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
- Degree from a Technical School or similar
- Ability to handle repairs and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Automation
- Proficiency in operating electronic devices and computer systems (Windows, MS Office)
- Lower-level proficiency in English language
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
