Our client is a leading international tech company with 300+ employees all over the world. The company has established a R&D Center and Tech Hub in Thessaloniki with 40+ colleagues focused on hardware, electronics and software solutions. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for a Project Manager in Thessaloniki.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project management, including expediting, inspection, and logistics management
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans to guide project execution and monitor progress
- Coordinate and manage resources effectively to achieve project objectives
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in expedited project management, expediting, and inspection
- Strong project management skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Hands-on experience with logistics management
- Fluency in English; excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- PMP certification is a strong plus
