Our client, a leading international company with about 300 employees around the world and 40+ of them based in Greece, is looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance their team in Thessaloniki.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA testing projects for software products and features, creating and automating test plans.
- Mentor and coach your colleagues, promoting a strong Software QA culture.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
- Recognize dependencies across the technology stack and collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure product quality
- Explore technologies to discover innovative ways they can be applied to solve problems.
Candidate profile:
- MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Software QA Engineer, preferably in a lead role
- Strong knowledge of frontend stacks (e.g. JavaScript, CSS preprocessors and bundling tools, React Remix run, Next.js).
- Experience in web frameworks (e.g. Python/Django) and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium).
- Experience with Cloud Services, especially Azure.
- Experience with static and dynamic code analysis tools is required.
- Fluent both in Greek and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills are a must.
