On behalf of our client, the largest private hospital in Cyprus, located in Limassol, we are looking for Team Lead Theatre Nurses
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the theatre nursing team
- Εnsure that staff have a clear understanding of their duties and responsibilities
- Overseeing the surgeries and the instrumentalist as well as the nursing team
- Coordinating the patient´s exit from the operating theatre
- Has lead responsibility to ensure that systems are in place to maintain the safety of the work environment.
- Ensures that processes guarantee the delivery of high quality, patient focussed services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing with four years of study
- Minimum of 8 years in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
- Very good computer skills
- Organizational skills
- Integrity and responsibility
